Print with plastisol ink embossed base plus application of plastisol silicone gel
Embossed prints make an interesting visual impact. Plastisol paint allows for a huge number of finishes that can be simple or more elaborate. To achieve this effect, only one matrix screen was used. With 44 thread polyester, embossed with raised emulsion and bichromate sensitizer.
How to make:
-Use out of contact.
-Give about six coats with a plastisol colorless base until it reaches a good height. (with the appropriate pre-dried)
-After cleaning the screen and isolating the yellow part with an adhesive tape, print two hands in red (water-based ink even)
-Clean the screen again, isolate the red part and apply two hands in yellow (water base too)
-Clean the screen again (whew) and, without isolating any part, apply about five coats of silicone (plastisol gel super crystal)
-Cure was made with a thermal blower
